Hey everyone how's it going daniel here

• ‌Today we are taking a look at the iphone 12 mini in the blue color which uh we're just gonna get right into here you can see the box the blue accents the blue phone right here in the front and then the really really deep blue color
• ‌Here on the mini and let's go ahead and pull it off let's remove here the protector on the front but you can see that there i think if you're a real good fan of blues and like cobalt blues and those deep blues and you're going to really really like this i think this phone looks

• ‌Really great with cases which we'll take out and check out later in the video i think that's where it really shines here real quick we do have a lightning to usbc a little pamphlet here as well as a sim eject tool and then an apple sticker nothing

• ‌Special retails for about 730 dollars base model comes with 64 gigs of storage which is okay amount of storage i would personally upgrade to 128 gigs if you can just because that gives you a little bit more breathing room and this is a plenty powerful phone that you can install any gaming app on so you planning on using it for a lot of things then 128 gig would give you some breathing room there but yeah let's talk about the important thing here how does this phone feel in the hand

• ‌How does it you know compare it to different sizes of phones because here this is an iphone 7 same size as the se that apple sells and this is even smaller as you can see than the se not by much but it's smaller it does have a larger

• ‌Screen so if we check it out here you can see the difference it's basically the screen is almost the whole size of what the se is and this actually translates to a lot of benefits because if you like this

size

• ‌Then this will still allow you to use that same almost same size then you can even increase the text size if you if it's too small this size the screen might be a little bit too small you might have to increase the text size often well this is going to give you a little bit more screen real estate so that that doesn't look all bunched up and everything you can read everything a little bit better even when you increase the text

• ‌Size so it's very similar in form factor in size compared to iphone 7 and se so how is it compared to the iphone 12 pro here let's see here um we got the max right there we actually have a 10s right here so you can see that the 10s is smaller than the 12 and 12 pro this year so if you're coming from that and you might be switching to an even smaller phone well here you go

• ‌It's not too much smaller but it is smaller and uh for example this one was fine in my hands however this one's a little bit too small i think right in between the sizes where it would be perfect which is basically the size of the se i felt like they would just kept the se size and then just full screened it here

• ‌But i get that the ratio is not right regardless though it's a very nice small phone here are the blue colors compared so pacific blue versus the blue on the mini m12 i personally do like the pacific blue more it just goes towards the blues that i tend to like and that just gives you an idea of how that looks right there a closer look here at the
• ‌Stainless steel versus the aluminum so you can see that there i do have this back on it just to prevent any scratching from the lenses of other phones because if you do that you scratch the screens there you go so here's the size this is the max apple's biggest phone and the mini apple's smallest phone you can see that there quite a difference it's a slightly bigger difference when you're actually holding them on camera while you can see it when you actually hold these things the difference is gigantic the mini basically feels like you can slide it into any pocket known to man

• ‌While the max feels like it won't fit in any pocket known to man now where does the pro fit in as well as the normal 12 well here it is it's uh right mine has a screen protector so that's fine let's see here you can see how much smaller it is than the max right there and then we'll try to put the mini here so you can see that boom there you go yeah so there you go you can kind of see

• ‌The size difference so the mini is small just know that and the max is big and the pro is almost right in between those two i would say it's still leaning towards the larger size last year's pro and the 10 and the 10s that was kind of the middle ground where it's not too big it's not too small the curvy sides make it easier to hold in the hand yeah i think it's a hard choice if you're going to choose these let's go ahead and move on to the case

• ‌Portion of this video and we actually will not be moving on to that because first what i'm going to do is show you how this looks while you're texting and calling and stuff so first calling right here is the phone how my hand would look and how the phone would look on my face does it look too small i don't know i'll have to see the footage afterwards definitely feels a bit small in my hand

• ‌Like i'm holding a old razor or something you can see here we'll compare it real quick in size nope there you go it's a very small phone that's a razor crazy really but it's really really cool here you can see the phone in slightly different light so reflecting the light you can see the blue there the aluminum on the side the port the camera hopefully gives you a slightly better idea of how the phone looks uh once when it's reflecting light that

• ‌That's basically how the phone does look in real life now i'm holding it further away also that um now if i'm texting so both hands kind of curled up texting with two hands here on a slightly small phone i basically if i was texting i can read it from far away but to get a slightly better viewing experience i think i would be this close to it and moving things around here snap snap boom boom there you go so that's basically how it will look so let's continue here and now let's move on to the case portion of this video so let's show you guys some cases feel free to skip around or leave the video and if you are leaving thanks for watching but now let's go ahead here one of my favorite cases with the blue phone is this one here this pataka aramid

• ‌Fiber case just looks really really great especially with that matted out blue right there i am a fan of that look i definitely would have the blue and uh like this because i do like the blue that's shown here i'm just not a fan of the actual blue glass back but i'm also not a feeling of or a fan of the glass back so this hides that as well here you can see it from the front in case you want to see that you get some of that blue accent not too much because it is a dark color so you're not going to see it too much
• ‌But it is there and shown throughout it so let's go ahead and move on to another case here one of them is the most important one which is the apple leather case so you can see that here it's quite a good case and the important thing here is that it has a magsafe so you can use the accessories that they sell and that's the wallet case right there gives it a nice thickness honestly
• ‌It feels nice and uh secure in the hand with everything like this mainly because the wallets the same size of the phone you can grip everything at once not that great of a feeling with the wall in the back of the other larger phones that apple has this year now let's go ahead and see how the phone looks with just the wallet case there blue with brown leather on there it works but not not not as good
• ‌Now let's do slightly more black cases let's see here i don't think this color works with like any of these slightly kind of lighter tone cases it kind of clashes a bit but i think where this phone really shines is just with black cases or white cases so we have this one here from you folks over at totally and i always forget i should put it from the bottom and then snap in the sides definitely this isn't a case that you want to take off and put on often
• ‌Because it is going to eventually snap on the sides but there we go it's a thin case if you want to keep that thin minimal look i really like that especially since it shows the apple logo and last but not least here let's go ahead and show a black leather case from the folks over at muyo which they make very nice soft leather cases different to apples other cases for sure the material is different or softer i guess so that looks nice but you can see the black and
• ‌Blue look that i really really do like here so that is that lastly one more thing let's go ahead and end it here because my camera is actually overheating and it's about to shut off so here are the blue mint and red colors there which are all very very nice i definitely
• ‌Prefer the red the most out of all of them here i really do like that red uh mint also lovely and the blue is nice but again i would need a case for it while the other two i would love to just use it like this and with the 12 mini i think you can use it without a case because it's so nimble and easy to grasp you're not very likely to drop this
